We are looking for homestead / small farm type house / homesite in Eagle County, Colorado. Would like to build BIG garden, plant some fruit trees and berry bushes, have space for goats and new house for our quail bodies. Preferable with a house on the property. Fixer-upper - no problem. Hillside is OK, as long as the soil is not just rocks and gypsum. We can also rent it, long term lease only (20-30year lease, option to buy later???)
